Active Career Advancement Project

The Active Career Advancement Project (ACAP) is a national pilot project implemented by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in British Columbia and Ontario.

ACAP offers holistic career development support to underutilized Internationally Trained Professionals through group work and individual meetings. The program provides collaborative opportunities for understanding available resources, rebuilding hope and self-empowerment, and taking concrete actions.

ACAP is also committed to creating sustainable change by assisting employers to create/improve diverse and inclusive HR practices.
