Eligibility

Clients are eligible to participate in the program if they meet the following criteria:

Immigrant who is a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
Currently working 20 hours or more per week in a job that underutilizes education and expertise obtained in the country of origin
Possess English language proficiency sufficient to work in Canada (CLB 6)
Not pursuing the credential accreditation process
Seeking alternative careers relevant to the trained profession
